Amy has been a big part of the real estate world since her start in 2006. She and her husband Matt, are leading the real estate business and finish high in sales year after year.

Matt joined us in 2015 from the corporate world from a Fortune 500 company with over 20 years in the Corporate America. Matt exemplifies a strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He has a competitive background that goes hand and hand with handling the negotiations of the standard residential sale to the complex commercial deal. Matt has a strong background in land & property valuations, customer relations, and thrives in a fast pace environment, all with a friendly, laid back and easy-going personality. When meeting Matt you find him to be quick witted and direct with a get it done attitude.
Matt currently serves as Senior Vice President with Lindsey & Associates, Inc. and is a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. He specializes in short sales, foreclosures, commercial, residential, land, and property management.

As an Arkansas native, Caleb is a second generation licensed real estate agent with Lindsey and Associates, Inc. Caleb has grown up in NWA and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business and a Minor in Economics. Caleb has been working beside both his parents and served as the Marketing and Sales Assistant with The Hutcherson Team over the past few years. Since graduation Caleb joined The Hutcherson Team as full time agent.
Caleb accounts his knowledge and training to his parents and delivers a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to face challenges when given to him. Caleb looks to establish relationships that will last a lifetime.
